Shipping and Delivery

Shores NZ Fabrication Ltd predominately use NZ Couriers and PBT Couriers for shipping nationwide but also uses Post Haste for less time-sensitive South Island shipments or PBT Transport for more oversized items outside of Auckland.  While we endeavour to ship your order within 1-2 business days from our supplier warehouse, the courier system is outside our control. Therefore, Shores NZ Fabrication Ltd cannot be responsible for delays once the order has left the premises.  To ensure successful deliveries, please provide correct delivery details upon ordering, including if the delivery address is Rural.  Any delivery times given by Shores NZ Fabrication Ltd are estimated only. More oversized items or Rural deliveries may take 1-3 days longer than standard.  PO Boxes are not accepted as delivery addresses.

If the shipping option selected and/or paid for is incorrect or needs to be adjusted based on the weight or volume of the shipment or the delivery address, Shores NZ Fabrication Ltd will attempt to contact you to rectify this.

If a particular item you have ordered is not currently available for dispatch, Shores NZ Fabrication Ltd will attempt to contact you within 1-2 business days regarding this and provide you with a revised potential delivery date or an alternative solution. 

 

You can backorder the item until it arrives per the revised delivery date, have a part shipment of your order, or cancel it.
