These Dome Head Rivet Nuts provide a strong, reusable internal metric thread in thin sheet metal and other materials where access is available from only one side.

Installed using a suitable rivet nut tool, the rivet nut is inserted through a prepared hole and compressed into position, creating a permanent threaded fixing point without requiring access to the rear of the workpiece.

The dome head provides a larger bearing surface around the installation hole, while the zinc-plated finish provides corrosion protection for general workshop applications.

Ideal for automotive, motorsport, fabrication, sheet metal work, trailers, machinery, enclosures and general engineering where a threaded mounting point needs to be added to relatively thin material.
