The 165mm Aluminium Oxide Flap Wheel is designed for grinding, blending, deburring and finishing metal surfaces in fabrication, engineering and general workshop applications.

Constructed from multiple overlapping aluminium oxide abrasive cloth flaps, the wheel provides a flexible abrasive surface that conforms to the workpiece while continually exposing fresh abrasive as the flaps wear.

This makes it particularly useful for surface blending, removing machining marks, deburring edges, cleaning metal and producing a consistent finish on flat, curved and contoured components.

The centre-bore design is intended for use on compatible workshop grinding and finishing equipment.

Available in multiple widths and grits to suit different finishing requirements.
